Join Layle Koncar for a hands-on workshop all about getting the most out of your stamps, whether you’re new to stamping or looking to refine your techniques.

In this workshop, you’ll receive a curated kit including a traveler’s notebook insert, a stamp set, stamp conditioning tools, a pencil board, four stamping inks, and more - everything you need to explore stamping in creative ways.

We’ll cover:
1. An introduction to photopolymer stamps – what they are and tips for using them effectively
2. Conditioning your stamps for optimal performance
3. Exploring textures through hands-on techniques – using your stamps in multiple ways to add dimension and creativity

You’ll leave with practical skills, confidence in your stamping, and inspiration to use your stamps in new and playful ways. Perfect for anyone who wants to make stamping a fun and integral part of their creative practice!

Workshop Supplies:  Your kit (included in the workshop) is packed with all kinds of fun products! 


Please bring with you to the workshop:
  • a clear acrylic stamping block that is at least 5" long
  • smaller acrylic blocks if you already have them - but not necessary!
  • a stapler
  • a small pair of scissors
  • a few baby wipes (or damp paper towels in a baggie) to clean your stamps when you're finished. 

No acrylic block? Not sure what that even is? You're covered - we'll have them available for purchase at our booth in the marketplace; make sure to stop by before class to purchase one.

Are you a note taker? Bring something to write with.

Hi friends!  I’m Layle - think Gayle with an ‘L’ - aka Layle By Mail.  I’m a firm believer in the adage ’necessity is the mother of invention’ & that’s how I approach bringing products to the market
 they’re based on things I’d love and ‘need' to have ;)

My business exploded during the pandemic as I connected on Saturdays with people all around the world via my YouTube channel, hosting free creative listing sessions where we played with new products, tried new techniques, chatted about design principles, learned from our mistakes and laughed
 all while making lists to tell our stories in a simple & approachable way.  Lists like ‘things I wanted to be when I grew up’, ‘what’s in my fridge, ‘things I’m looking forward to this winter’ & more.  Almost 6 years later, when I’m not traveling, we’re still hanging out on Saturday mornings on YouTube, having fun making creative lists & playing with stamps, stickers & more!

I’ve been in business for 7 years & have designed and manufactured a wide variety of products - all stemming from those creative listing sessions during the pandemic! - including notebook covers & inserts, stamps, dies, idea books, stickers, rub-ons, tools, pouches, washi tape & more
 all with the goal of helping people tell their story.   I’m super excited to be vending & teaching again at Little Craft Fest this year!

By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the following terms:
  1. Workshops are non-refundable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash, and all sales are final. We have committed to compensating our instructors for their time, supplies and talent.  
  2. You don't need a Marketplace admission ticket to attend workshop, we're all about flexibility here.
  3. For workshop check-in, all you need is your name and order number.
  4. If you can't make it on the actual day, you may get the kit to finish the project at home. Reach out to the instructor to arrange kit pickup or shipping.
  5. In the event a workshop is cancelled, attendees will be fully refunded within 10 days of the event. Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place reserve the right to cancel any class due to lack of participation.
  6. Workshops are not included in the daily pass or 3-day pass.
  7. Ticket holders grant Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place permission to use their recorded likeness at the event, with the understanding that these images and videos may be used for future promotional activities.
  8.  Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the venue at their discretion.
  9. Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place is not liable for any personal or financial harm incurred at the venue, nor for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
