Each participant brings a goal, dream, or passion project and builds a real junk journal spread around it using the JJY L.A.Y.E.R. Method, JJY's signature framework, taught live at a sold-out Paper World Stationery Expo session. Instead of a vision board that gets pinned up and forgotten, attendees leave with something layered, personal, and built by hand.
What’s included in the class kit?
• A journal to create in during the workshop provided by Passion Planner
• Curated scrap paper pack featuring patterned papers, book pages, and ephemera
• Sticker Sheets
• Decorative paper elements
• Step-by-step workshop guide card featuring the L.A.Y.E.R. Method

About Abby:
Abby is the founder of Junk Journal & Yap, a creative community that brings people together through junk journaling, stationery, and storytelling. She has taught workshops across California and internationally in Madeira, Portugal, including a sold-out workshop at Paperworld.
Known for her beginner-friendly and welcoming teaching style, Abby helps participants turn everyday paper, photos, and ephemera into meaningful journal spreads. Her signature L.A.Y.E.R. Method breaks down the creative process into simple, approachable steps, making junk journaling accessible for complete beginners while still inspiring experienced creators. Participants leave not only with completed pages, but also with new skills, creative confidence, and a sense of community.
- Workshops are non-refundable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash, and all sales are final. We have committed to compensating our instructors for their time, supplies and talent.
- You don't need a Marketplace admission ticket to attend workshop, we're all about flexibility here.
- For workshop check-in, all you need is your name and order number.
- If you can't make it on the actual day, you may get the kit to finish the project at home. Reach out to the instructor to arrange kit pickup or shipping.
- In the event a workshop is cancelled, attendees will be fully refunded within 10 days of the event. Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place reserve the right to cancel any class due to lack of participation.
- Workshops are not included in the daily pass or 3-day pass.
- Ticket holders grant Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place permission to use their recorded likeness at the event, with the understanding that these images and videos may be used for future promotional activities.
- Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the venue at their discretion.
- Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place is not liable for any personal or financial harm incurred at the venue, nor for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
