Paint Your Pet: Color Chaos Edition with NatterDoodle
Paint Your Pet: Color Chaos Edition is a creative exercise in letting go and trusting the process. Participants will create a custom portrait of their favorite furry friend while wearing color blocking glasses that disguise the paint colors they’re using. Without worrying about choosing the “right” color or second guessing every brushstroke, painters are encouraged to focus on the experience of creating and watch their artwork come together in unexpected ways (think Warhol-esque)! Each student arrives to a pre-sketched canvas of their pet, and Natalie will guide them through the process of building their portrait one layer at a time. It’s a colorful reminder to give yourself more grace and less grief, and that creativity is about so much more than the finished piece.

What’s included in the class kit?
Personalized pre-sketched canvas of their pet, color blocking glasses, three-piece brush set, and all painting supplies needed during class.

About Natalie:
Natalie Keller Pariano is a maximalist artist, educator, and founder of NatterDoodle, a colorful stationery and lifestyle brand carried in 1,500+ shops nationwide. Before becoming a full-time artist, Natalie spent 12 years in higher education creating experiences that helped people connect, learn, and feel like they belonged. She brings that same energy to her workshops today with a mix of creativity, storytelling, encouragement, and humor (they’ve been described as part craft class, part stand-up comedy). Natalie believes the best creative experiences aren’t just about what you make, but how you feel while making it. Through colorful, joy-filled workshops, she encourages makers to embrace their creativity, give themselves more grace and less grief, and be loud about what they love.
- Workshops are non-refundable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash, and all sales are final. We have committed to compensating our instructors for their time, supplies and talent.
- You don't need a Marketplace admission ticket to attend workshop, we're all about flexibility here.
- For workshop check-in, all you need is your name and order number.
- If you can't make it on the actual day, you may get the kit to finish the project at home. Reach out to the instructor to arrange kit pickup or shipping.
- In the event a workshop is cancelled, attendees will be fully refunded within 10 days of the event. Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place reserve the right to cancel any class due to lack of participation.
- Workshops are not included in the daily pass or 3-day pass.
- Ticket holders grant Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place permission to use their recorded likeness at the event, with the understanding that these images and videos may be used for future promotional activities.
- Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the venue at their discretion.
