SLIM BIWEEK brings a full year of planning into a thin, light format that is easy to carry every day. With one week per page and two weeks across a spread, it keeps schedules, to-dos, and short notes clear—while leaving enough flexibility for plans to change along the way.
A Slim Format for Everyday Carry
At approximately 82 g, SLIM BIWEEK is made to travel lightly through the year. Its 11 × 21 cm format can be used on its own or placed in a Standard-size Traveler’s Notebook cover alongside other inserts.
The compact format does not reduce the structure of the planner. Yearly calendars, annual plans, monthly plans, weekly plans, and grid notes flow naturally together, keeping both long-term direction and everyday records close at hand.
Paper Chosen for Writing
All TAKE A NOTE dated planners use Tomoe River S paper. SLIM BIWEEK uses 52 gsm white Tomoe River S, keeping a full year of planning exceptionally light without losing the smooth, responsive writing experience familiar to TAKE A NOTE users.
Thin yet resilient, the paper works comfortably with fountain pens, pencils, ballpoint pens, and other everyday writing tools. Stitched binding opens flat at 180 degrees, making it easy to write across each page wherever you are.
A Quiet Cover for Everyday Use
The black cover is made from finely textured paper, paired with minimal foil stamping that leaves only what is essential.
It is designed to stay understated: a planner that can travel with you every day, rest quietly on the desk, and leave room for the year to take shape in its own way.
From Yearly Direction to Each Week
The yearly calendar, horizontal annual Gantt chart, vertical annual/project plan, monthly plan, and weekly plan bring different scales of time into one slim planner.
The monthly plan runs from December 2026 to March 2028, covering 16 months. The weekly plan covers all of 2027, with one week per page and two weeks visible across a spread—an easy view for appointments, to-dos, and the next steps ahead.
Each day is divided into three subtle sections from left to right. Use them to separate morning, afternoon, and evening, or define them in any way that suits your own planning style. The lines remain light enough that the page stays open when you do not need them.
Notes That Stay Close to the Week
18 pages of functional grid notes provide room for lists, ideas, project notes, and records that do not belong to a specific date.
The 4 mm grid, with subtle 2 mm subdivisions, supports writing, tables, and simple planning systems without prescribing how the page should be used.
