Decorative Letter Writing Class with Clarisse - Letter to Your Future Self

Ever heard of a time capsule? How perfect would it be to do it in papercraft format? Join us on Jan 28 for a fun session of playing with stationery. Summarize your 2023 highs, lows, feelings & thoughts + what you'd like to manifest for the future. You can be the best cheerleader and the best historian for your own life! Come learn about the techniques for decorative journaling and share your experiences.

We’d encourage you to bring your own book/binder & ruler. All stationery materials needed to create the spread, plus extra decorative stationery, will be provided. Kindly bring your own tools (recommendations below) <3

The class will run from 2 pm - 4 pm. The beginning will be spent discussing decorative journaling as a form of creativity, memory-keeping, and therapy, as well as the concept of polcos. The last segment will be spent as fun free time for everyone to trade/swap stationery items!

Please make sure to bring:
  • Something to drink to stay hydrated
  • Your own tools: whatever book you'd like to decorate, ruler, blue & red markers or pens, sticker book/sticker release paper, reliable scissors, craft tweezers, glue, adhesive tape runner, washi cards, sticker book/sticker release paper.
