Curious about Korean dakku 다쿠 style decorative journaling? Come join us calm our minds & envision pleasant dreams while enjoying some journaling therapy. Using a variety of stickers, washi, and other stationery, we'll make a layered spread with the "Good Night" theme. We'll discuss the various techniques for decorative journaling and chat about your nightly routines.
We’d encourage you to bring your own book/binder (you will need 2 pages for this spread) & sticker book/sticker release paper. All materials needed to create the spread, plus extra decorative stationery, will be provided. Kindly bring your own tools, such as scissors, glue stick/adhesive, pens & tweezers.
The beginning will be spent discussing decorative journaling as a form of creativity, memory-keeping, and therapy.

About Clarisse:
Clarisse has been journaling for 20 years. Her colorful, maximalist style has earned her a rainbow reputation in the craft world. She has written and decorated every sort of book, from Traveler's Notebooks, Happy Planners, scrapbooks, 6-ring binders, and now lives in her Hobonichi Techo. She believes expressing thoughts and images onto paper is a joy everyone should experience, and that stationery is meant to be shared. She enjoys working in healthcare and lives in central Houston with her 2 sons and cat.
- Workshops are non-refundable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash, and all sales are final. We have committed to compensating our instructors for their time, supplies and talent.
- If you can't make it on the actual day, you will get the kit to finish the project at home. Workshop materials must be picked up in person from our store Little Craft Place and will not be mailed to participants who are unable to attend.
- In the event a workshop is cancelled, attendees will be fully refunded within 10 days of the event. Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place reserve the right to cancel any class due to lack of participation.
- Workshops are not included in the daily pass or 3-day pass.
- Ticket holders grant Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place permission to use their recorded likeness at the event, with the understanding that these images and videos may be used for future promotional activities.
- Little Craft Fest/Little Craft Place reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the venue at their discretion.
