Kolinsky Sable originates from Kola in a very cold part of North East Russia. The sable from this area is very durable, yet soft and springy, returning to its original shape quickly. The benefit of that is that it allows the artist to produce detailed work, miniature, precise strokes and fine layers of color. Suitable for use by beginners to professionals.

TIPS

• Do not allow the paint to dry in the brush
• Remove as much paint as possible with a paper towel prior to rinsing with water (Acrylic or Watercolor paints) or turpentine followed by cleaner or soapy water (Oil-based paints)
